Together we Map the World is a canon and OC forum that takes place directly after the first film left off, behaving as if the series and second film after never happened. With a wealth of locations, dragons, and characters to choose from, the possibilities are endless. What the tides of storytelling will do with these building blocks is up to you. How far will you go?
A forum taking place almost directly after httyd 1, the basic premise is that it completely ignores the sequels and the series, picking up right after where the first film left off. However, all characters in the series and sequels are available! OCs are also acceptable!
What does this mean?
It basically means that the story is in our hands, the when and how is entirely up to you! For example, Valka could return much sooner and in an entirely different way, or Stoic could die long before his canon death(or not at all!), villains and allies can enter the story whenever they want in whatever way they want(as long as it's at least somewhat plotted out before hand), I feel like this could be an incredibly fun way to write our own story and take it wherever we like!
